QUOTE(pokemon @ Aug 1 2011, 10:18 AM) I have a question here. Say if my statement date is 28th and if my first card use of the calendar month is on 30th July (weekend) with spending RM1k, and I use another RM1k in August weekends, would I be getting RM50 x 2 for July and August cashback rebate for Amex? Your statement date will not affect the cash rebate. To monitor your rebate, you can refer to the online statement. July rebate will be posted to the online statement by August 2nd and August rebate will be posted by September 2nd. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 2 2011, 12:08 AM) Ah, it is not immediately reflected? I plan to call Maybank CS these few days to redeem my 10k TP for RM 50 GST. My due date will be on the 13th, will that be too late to be reflected and I will end up paying penalty for late payment? I advise you to pay off the GST 1st. The redemption takes at least 2 weeks the fastest. |

AMEX doesn't have 3D authentication like Visa or Mastercard.

Minimum payment is 5% of the outstanding amount or RM 25 min whichever higher.
Late payment is 1% of the minimum payment amount or RM 5 min whichever higher. |

QUOTE(tifosi @ Aug 7 2011, 02:34 PM) Minimum payment is 5% of the outstanding amount or RM 50 min whichever higher. I quoted that from MBB statement:Late payment is 1% of the minimum payment amount or RM 5 min or RM 50 max. I think is like this. [attachmentid=2373333] I'm pretty sure that the first statement is RM 25 not RM 50 because my Visa is just charged for RM 25 for min payment. As for the 2nd statement, I'm not sure of the max cap. |

Don't get confused between transaction and posting dates. Posting date is usually later.

QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 13 2011, 11:32 PM) Yes, you are right. I was definitely being blinded by this, should have stopped but hell I'm stupid enough. I hate Yahoo! response. They're so slow and I remembered that the email I sent to them regarding my Yahoo! mail account is not replied at all!Let's pray hard. I called CS again, yes they said I can raise a dispute and I'm not required to make any payment during investigation? But anyway, I still have 2 weeks till my statement date. Hopefully my case can be solved by then. The worst part is I don't have a number to call Yahoo!, everything needs to be communicated through email. I admit my stupidity. Haiz. |

QUOTE(andyfriends @ Aug 19 2011, 12:42 PM) hi I jz added a non MBB account in my m2u. It shows Active. But when i tried to make bill payment, it isnt there for me to choose. Either from Saving or MBB CC only. How ah? Also, is it that certain bills cant be made by CC, such as assessment etc as i realise for some bill, when i click confirm, the money was automatically deducted from my saving acc cheers QUOTE(maskedchan @ Aug 19 2011, 02:11 PM) You can check the whole payee list at:http://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/p...cntKey=ACC06.07 |

Guys, you're too demanding. If you want to use AMEX to pay online, try PosOnline. I heard that they accept AMEX even for PTPTN repayment. Of course, you have to bear the 2 to 4% fee! Pos Malaysia is not going to absorb it.

@hye, I never try before but one of my colleague told me that. Sorry that I couldn't verify it myself since I don't have an account with PosOnline.
