Requested to change the statement date to end of the month. Choose 30th. The CS said effective next month (August 2011).

Just called CS to cancel my Visa Petronas.
The CS told me to go to the nearest and fill up a cancellation form.
No integrity between MBB staffs (CS and branch staffs).
