dont think fresh grad is that high.

Fresh grad engineer 1st job salary rm3k. High or not? Is contract yearly will renew

it is really that high .. of course not in malaysia .. they come over to malaysia and get people here to work in US or some other country ... payment made in USD .. which is USD5k .. = RM15k

but negative side is you'll not work permanently .. you'll go around working off shore .. and also expose to radioactive materials ..

you cant convert expats pay. here we are talking local grads pay, working locally offshore here, which the information you give is very misleading. schlumberger doesnt offer that much to local fresh grads posted here as far as i know.

offshore allowance in my company about sgd7k/month. thats close to rm18k extra, excluding your basic pay and other travel claims.

most FE here earned >rm30k+/month if offshore

But as far as I concern, maybe based on your performance. If get recommendations by supervisor, you still have to go through their Structure Interview if I'm not mistaken.

in normal cases stand better chance, else called ur ex supervisor to rec you, you should have "tanam" ur networking cable during internship right....
