Is anyone know how is the current pay for fresh graduate engineer (E1) in petronas ?
i heard is 4k, does it include any allowance ?

the money's pretty good. heard the bonus can be quite high too.

The petronas engineer basic salary for fresh grad is 3.5k - 4.5k.
For IT and other department i think is around 3-4k. And got technical allowance some more. |

they do hire all races... just that majority is bumis

Bonuses are big numbers, but I have heard the career development and the laddEr to go up will be very hard. Nevermind there always international companies who want no bumi's. But not being racist, petronas do hire non bumis and the forumer stated only bumis is wrong abt it.
