those are still considred as online. u can ask the PS agent. its only if u go to their branch and apply thru their personnel then its reduced by RM100. smile.gif

this was wexperienced by a forummer here i tink sometime ago. he/she only need to furnish the degree cert. smile.gif this is only applicable for those with their first credit card, if getting a second credit card (from any other bank oso can) then all these nonsense wont happen. smile.gif

do you know anyone here who have experienced this and managed to get full cash back? as in needing to submit manual application form to the PS agent and can get full cash back?

Nope. so far never heard of anyone being given the full rebate applying thru the counter person. so i guess no point to do it and ended up with RM100 short. just do it online. smile.gif
