hello, if i take i98 plan and once i reach data limit, celcom will slow down my internet access (means no xtra chrge like digi) or celcom still allow me to access the internet w normal speed n have to pay the xtra gb( like what mxs do) ?..need confirmation before proceed w celcom.. tq

Guys,this celcom plan although is cheap..but the 3G speed slow than maxis.. ..

maybe coz maxis coverage is better at ur place? for me~ i already done with maxis... their service really suck & blood sucking too... the day i terminated their service i feel free & now much happier with celcom~

hey guys, i want to know if sunway pyramid blue cube can change micro simcard to normal simcard or not?

hmm.. i am wondering also. this is because my gf is using iphone 3gs and the iphone 3gs is using normal sim card. we have 'tape' it with the micro sim adapter because it will fall out easily. not sure want to change to normal sim card or not because i scare the tape will get 'burned' inside the iphone 3gs. hmm..

if i want to apply the mobile unlimited data, i can apply in sunway pyramid right? can activated on the spot?

Hi guys, I would really appreciate if you could help me out. My blackberry just got stolen yesterday and now I am changing to Iphone. Here's the question.

1) what is the difference between Celcom Biz and Celcom Exec? ( I was thinking taking the Celcom Biz/Exec i98)
2)I am planning to take the i98 on 12 months contract but  I am a bit confused with the price of the iphone. It says on the website that for Biz/Exec i98, you are paying rm98 everymonth....and the device price is rm1438 while the upfront payment is rm300 and the total price is rm1738... so does it means that I have to pay rm1738 all together on the day where I go to celcom branch and then monthly I have to pay rm98? can I do monthly payment for the total price of the iphone?

p/s: sorry but i forgot to add that I'm planning to get the 16GB iphone.. thank you to all sifus

I just got a message that my current bill usage is RM158. and then i check my call total is 3 hours or so..

Isnt it 100 minutes free and then every minute = 0.15cts? How am i over charged for the extra 80 minutes?? because the 80 minutes x 0.15 is = RM40 only.

RM77 plus RM40 plus or so is only roughly 120.

sigh...my iphone is still in Celcom HQ...they say lots of returned iphones..and such it's taking long time for HQ to process (ie checking and such) before replacement. 

They kena scolding from me coz they never update me when i kept on emailing them my status.

i told them..as a customer, we want to know the updates..just not be kept in the dark..at least just inform us that HQ is still processing and hope to get a reply from HQ by next week.

This is my worst experience with celcom… Im a loyal celcom postpaid user for 10 years  and  I’m so  frustrated with their service. 3 days ago I bought an iphone black  16GB (pay CASH) from Ikano blue cube. On the first day, at home I noticed something wrong with the phone , I can’t hear anything (voice or tone) from the earpiece , I have to use the loud speaker or earphones to listen. So on 2nd day went back to Ikano for exchange, and the SA told me to go to Bangsar blue cube. I said why cant I just have 1 to 1 exchange? He said : “we have to check its either software or hardware failure”.  I replied “ Can u check for me? “ SA said “Sorry  I can’t we don’t have technician guy to check “  So the SA directed me to send for a check at Bangsar blue cube.  At bangsar the technician checked  and he said, “Your phone has some hardware failure” I replied “ What The  fish! I just got it yesterday? How come? Is Apple have low QC  check ? “ He said “Yes due to china assembled”  The technician will give 1 to 1 exchange but the store just don’t have stock yet. I have to wait for next week at least.  So today is the 3rd day and  I have a crapy phone  that cant be use 100%,  I need some opinion. Where can I send the phone (celcom authorized  store)  for exchange and can get it on the spot. Anyone can help?

I'm currently under the Biz P48 contract and wanted to upgrade to the iphone i148 package however i was told that i need to pay RM300 penalty for terminating the P48 contract. Is it really true that i need to pay the penalty as i am upgrading and still gonna sign under contract?

guys, i've just started using iphone with celcom for 4 days now...just want a reconfirmation..because before I buy the phone I asked the Celcom salesperson at Kajang branch whether I will get bill shock/additional cost or not if I accidentally exceed my data allowance...and she said no; she said Celcom will just slow down the speed. Is it true? thanks

yeah ocs can track data usage~~ btw, i'm using 'data usage' to monitor my data & it's accurate with the ocs
