there is no way they will launch it with LTE since ip5 malaysia unit dont have LTE.

if Malaysia telco have LTE coverage, the only way to experience it is thru other android phone or iP5 singapore set.

Malaysia government only give LTE license on 2013 Jan, so there's no LTE for this year =.=

I saw a description in maxis website, the iPhone 5 came with LTE band 4 7. Sounds funny if u are saying without support, then what is the point upgrade to 5.

Guys, if you want to pre-order, you guys can try to go to Bluecube Shah Alam. Went there with my friend just now to prebook his iP5 from Celcom. And he was able to prebook it.

You will need to pick the phone up from there too on 14th or later.

iPhone 5 don't support LTE in 2600Mhz band, which is the common band used by Malaysia and Europe. iPhone 5 can use in Singapore because Singapore also used 1800Mhz band as LTE, apart from 2600Mhz

I mean the Celcom pre-book one. If you check on the website. Selangor no more stock for pre-book. But actually you can walk in to Bluecube Shah Alam and do the pre-booking. smile.gif

I think this pre-book thing is only for contract user. Not allowed for outright purchase. I did asked the sales girl just now
