Hi guys, anyone knows whats wrong with my N8, suddenly the charging light is no longer lit up when charging

confirmed it's in charging? does the charging bar moving? if not mean your batt is full and the charging process stopped...

yup, the charging bar is moving, but the charging indicator light does not lit up at all.. I only realize this yesterday.. if I power off my N8 and plugin the charger, the charging indicator light blink 3 times, then it went off, on the screen, can see the charging bar moving

if it can blink when u power off mean the led still working... u might need to bring it to ncc for checkup...

After using the phone for nearly 8 months, finally it is making issue seems that I need to get a new phone, if only N9 is available now

Maybe going to take it to NCC this monday, see if its a normal issue or an easy repair, else I will have to say goodbye to N8

Hmm , looking at the sleekness of the n9. I might even consider trading in my n8 for it! Only that i'm afraid it will be abandon like the rest of the phones like the n900 for example.

Just for your info the only thing nokia didnt provide are firmware update but most of the stunning apps,tweaks and features are created by the community.

No matter whether nokia provide the support you still in the win win side due to the community support

I tried the qtdowngrade you give at FP, not working. Then I try install the social mixer and social networks also not working
And, my camera is not opening if I start it on portrait mode. Have turn the phone to landscape then only camera can start. But this only for the original camera app. If other app, like camerapro, is working... :/

ehhh... what u want me to advice leh? hmmmm let's see...

1. uninstall my mods to get rid of that camera opening error (but u can reinstall those picture quality mods, only the CAF and Digital Zoom causing those error)

2. for social u might need to install some of the QT apps like nokia reader to get all your QT component updated then reinstall back the Ovi store...

later i try to upload some others ver of social installer which i'm not sure wil help or not...

Added on August 6, 2011, 7:20 pmit might help as well if u can list out ALL installed apps withtin your device as well... as there's might be some apps causing conflict within...

hey guys go Ovi store and search for rays symbian Anna. A very nice theme.

The theme is nice.. But the thing is the widgets won't be transparent. I want something like this but with transparent widget. Then only my beautiful Megan Fox wallpaper can see
