Notice how many time he ask he will call but didn't.
Thats he mean you must chase him at morning, afternoon and night.
If not, he will delay again saying JPJ system down.

Haiz... U want to try like my situation?? Go there as walk in early in the morning at 8.25am.. Ended up getting my car at 4.50pm..
