QUOTE(Ultima @ Jul 19 2011, 12:53 AM) If you on 2.3.3 and yours is locked bootloader, nothing much can be done, only way is to revert back to2.3.2 and use ota to update it to 2.3.3... yes.. dats rite.. simple way to have rooted 2.3.3Learn bout flash tool first as you need to use it to downgrade.. But you need to change the firmware region as iianm malaysia region don't have ota, correct me if im wrong... |

Hi, i've been using arc since june this year. Just found a very small crack at the sensor, proximity sensor think. I know some of arc users here experienced this issue before.
The question is, - who had ever did the warranty claim for that cracks?? - What do SE said about that cracks?? - Is SE admits that cracks as a design faulty? All otai n gurus or anybody pls.. I need some opinions.. Thanks in advance.. :-) |

QUOTE(armadasaxon @ Nov 2 2011, 03:01 PM) I upgrade using SEUS like a normal update..surprisingly can .. what the heck? Of cos la i checked the phone before buying. it's perfect la because it's a brand NEW phone at that time. It just happened to me last month which is after 4 months of usage. I never dropped my phone. That's for sure. Added on November 2, 2011, 3:04 pmCan someone just call sony and get the answer about the hairline crack?Y keep reposting le?..Before buying the phone, din check got hairline crack meh? After searching on web, i knew that this is an issue with some of the arc. That is WHY I went to this forum to get an opinion from the arc users in malaysia, if anyone had try to claims with SE malaysia. Seems like nobody had the answer. So, I had called SE Xperia Customer service. they asked me to send my arc to the authorized SE distributor with my warranty card to CHECK the phone. Got no time to go. Nearest at JB. i'm in batu pahat.
