Done my update through seus, every apps remain and works fine (except root apps).

guys, arc sync every photos album and tags photos in to gallery, unchecked "sync albums in gallery" will make all the albums disappear.

Do we have the option to choose which albums to sync?

yeap, it will be in the camera folder.

Under sync,
1 is SE fb integration icon and another one is old fb icon. If delete the old fb icon, all fb sync (albums, contact pic and status) will be gone, and you will need to load again.

ricstc, thank you very much, i have go through xda and your video tutorial. Successfully update to 2.3.3, rooted.

I tired to flash back 2.3.2 without wipe out data, but too much forced close prompt up.
However, those data like video, downloaded apps, movies, pictures, music in SD card will remain, those backup u make in tb or myb will still be there.

The generic firmware in xda doesn't comes with AppInstaller, i tried searched for it while i am still in flashed 2.3.2. There are plenty of AppInstaller in market that can do the same job.

Din't use Go Contacts/Messaging, but my Go calendar and Go weather working fine.

2.3.4 OTA is available, 94MB.
Previously using 2.3.3 rooted. Now, successful update with root, data and apps remained.

locked bootloader here.

u have to wait, else you can flash back then ota.

there are guys doing guides on this, type "malaysia arc root 2.3.4". You will get what you need to know. It will be quite easy when u understand the whole thing.

yea, just leave it locked for now.
