Just want to confirm, your computer access to internet connection during upgrading?

Update firmware by using SEUS or PC companion will not lose your data in the phone.
I never encountered data loses using both method. But for play safe, I still backup my data before update firmware.

Sorry, shah_ho_nam2. I just check mine, the SEUS version is 2.11.11.21.

I tried PC Companion,  currently it shown "Phone software update information currently not accessible". I think you need try next time.

My firmware version is 4.0.2.A.0.42 too. I'm able use Papago X5 with no problem.
Might your stock firmware corrupted or Papago X5 files corrupted.
is your papago on free or paid version?

Can use for Arc too.

No. SEUS or PC Companion will not wipe the phone data. But for play safe, better backup.

Normally, new battery will take few charge cycle to reach optimum performance. It will consume more battery during fresh boot from power off. Phone still drain some battery for internal clock thingy although power off and plus battery will discharge itself when not in-charge. So, is normal for phone not reach 100% when turn on.

yup now arc s last for nearly 2 days before the next charging

owh ya. just updated. i suspected my netbook don't want to update. this time i use desktop pc to update it

but in some online reviews or users feedbacks , SGS2 camera quality pawns Arc s's Assmore R. hehe
*
i stop comparing this features when i read stories about newly bought SGS II went broken and how bad their after sales reps. I assume that there's reason why the SGS II price went down recently.

i pick arc s for it's stunning design. left SGS II cos it reflected ip4 design.

after all, i found arc s pic quality is much better than the old SGS but i know we can't beat dual cored sgs II

hehe...
FYI, my GF got SGSII..
when i test the camera in low light conditon, my ARC S still won...
even in normal lighting, my ARC S perform better  brows.gif

Added on January 1, 2012, 10:38 pm

comparing arc s and sgsII in term of cpu performance is like comparing kancil and ferrari  cry.gif
for design or camera, better choose arc s.
if u want overall performance, sgsII is the answer
*
yup in this case. arc s in not even close to a fight with sgsII. i buy sgsII for waifu only cos she likes it
