Why not get a low specs one since its only for WiFi Hotspot? By the way @winter & @syuki.. not sure if I can come up with a newly designed v18 header or not.. exams in 4 days! Haha. Meanwhile I'll just use the same tactic I used last time for temporary header.. hopefully Calex / Syuki / Winter / Anyone here can come up with new header to be used

^ I see.. haha. But why don't use one of your current phone to provide WiFi also? Or both also need to have long battery life? By the way winter, here's v18 header.. not much time for me to do so I just changed the numbering... after my exams only see if I can make a new one or not.. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « CODE By the way, grats for being new TS

@ GPS Topic No, casing is less likely to affect the signal, but car does. Inside car, it takes me quite some time to get connected but if I open the windows, it's much much faster... QUOTE(anechoic @ Jun 6 2011, 11:28 AM) i would like to know this answer as well.. You can flash the theme from any ROMs, PROVIDED IF the base version is same. I ain't sure what base they are using right now, you can refer to their thread. But as an example, older ARHD 2.0.16 uses 1.72 base, and ARHD 3.0 uses 1.84 base. So, themes for 1.72 would not be able to be used in 1.84 and vice versa... EDIT: However, you may experiment with the themes by trying to flash it on ROMs you using (MAKE SURE YOU BACKUP FIRST!!). If it's not compatible, it'll either bootloop or stuck at boot animation. Just take out your battery and reflash compatible themes.

QUOTE(Taetsu @ Jun 7 2011, 01:07 PM) technology should evolve together.. I'm cool seeing Apple taking this move, as our Android used to steal, copy, embrace, adopt (you name it..) what great innovation Apple has came up with so far.. so its pointless to claim who copy who etc.. so long as it benefits us consumers QUOTE(billy_overheat @ Jun 7 2011, 01:17 PM) You see, the main problem isn't with Apple nor Google (Android). Technology is like this, competition leads to "copy" and then "innovation". That's how it was and how it is still, right now. The main problem is with users; or frankly speaking, not normal users but those fanboys that spoils everything.. I mean like, c'mon, what's with these sentences: iPhone is the best. Other phone is just pure garbage. iPhone can do ___, ____, ___. << Other phones could do these as well..
