btw tat day i flash CWM,it show me mine version is the latest 1,which is 3.0.2.6,so how to flash to tat version?

Well, i flashed to 4.0.0.2 this morning and suddenly when i run ROM Manager, i reverted back to 3.0.2.8

You can download the image from XDA and you use ADB to push the image file, just like flashing radio

Actually to use ADB, you need to have an Android SDK installed in your PC. Unless the .zip file that you download got include with adb .exe file..

If you already have it, just open CMD or open from Android SDK folder which you need to put in c: drive ...

Check here for more info. But monza knows better.
