Now only 1 phase is VP. I think with all blocks/phases VP by next year, price will go higher. Then by 2016 when LRT is ready, it should have another round of up price. Just my guess.

I thought the SA is standing there asking owners whether they want to let go, rent out, etc? Also I heard many owners are frustrated because SA keep calling/sms them if they want to sell or rent out their units.

This should be phase 1? Heard that phase 1 workmanship is much worst compared to phase 2 in overall term. Each phase's contractor is different. Should blacklist the contractor.
