Asking price is basically a price for suiyee. How much the developer is actually selling is best find out from transacted value.

Me wanna push for higher value?! In all honesty, couldn't be bothered about exact value, whether RM370k, RM400k, RM430k or RM450k. In for the long term and Parklane OUG is just one of my many eggs in my basket.
