Out of 30% bumi quota, how many are sold? when the developer will release unsold bumi quota to the general market?

Judge on a property is not just a simple maths...
By this 30 acres land the developer build all with condo with same size...
Another example, in DPC got how many condo ? And what is the total land size use to built for condo? Then can calculate what is the density (I never calculate before) , but why ppl had different feeling in this place?

DPC condo's all have very low density la....
For example, The Westside One, 338 units/4.23 acres = 80 units/acre. Mind you, this is now a low rise but high rise, 40 storeys, but they are very generous with land. The car park is located in a separate building but linked to the condo.

DPC is certainly low density bro....

Ok bro ... But personal feel I don't like this project... But agree this project is suit for affordable family.

For me, as long as can make money, in terms of market for rental or capital appreciation, that's enough. A very objective method when looking at an investment. Heck with the subjective emotions such as "Wah, green colour, why look so ugly", "Eyeerr, got so many foreigners, low cost".
