i play Witcher 2 until the part where i used a force field protected my team in the jungle. we safely arrived at the town... need to do a side quest to hunt down the river monster...

Can you share your settings (video) & what FPS you got (outdoor & indoor - I mean in the game)? Which ATI driver did you use?

just disable d physx and d game is smooth like chocolate...
been addicted to that game everyday...

Was running at Catalyst 11.4 if not mistaken. I heard recent Catalyst has further improvement. But I didnt see the difference. I actually stop playing after I started to play Hunted The Demon Forge. You should see in that link that I get between 25-30 FPS in default clock speed. So, I was using OC setting when playing this game; getting 30-40 FPS.

About the graphic settings, other than AA, should disable the UberSampling, Shadow Quality and SSAO. I also heard disabling Boom can increase FPS, but I tried, no effect in my card.

so far, i think mini robot is a little better:

1. The mini-game at end of each land is fun
2. Got lab to research for more stuff
3. More unit to chose from
4. A little more challenging since involve air and water unit

Mini robot's music and graphic are annoying.

guys! anyone of you know whether acer provides a battery app which allows me to set the max charge level at say maybe 80% or 90%?

if not, are there any other apps out there which does this?

What's ACPI in HWMonitorPro? It reaches 80C when I'mplaying NFS Hot Pursuit...

my gpu and cpu temp reaching 85C at max... Is this counted as normal?

palm rest is bit more hotter than idle, just like human temperature ba, around 30+C.
Yup, both max at 86 and 85.5C respectively. Doesnt know whether they reach max together or not.
