Defrag your laptop ?

defrag once last mth when my hdd only 250gb. i did the xbootmgr -trace boot -prepSystem -verboseReadyBoot for twice around 2 months time liau. i keep another 250gb b4 w/o using it. last few week i already extend 250gb. so now C: got 480gb++
analyze only 1~2% no need defrag again rite? i disable a lot services. so might be services right?

What's the result when you run Boot Timer ?

sometimes 50s, 40s, 30s ++

shut down or restart quite fast but when switch on, loading the background screen damn long. i also din use any rainmeter shit leh. simple apple wallpaper nia.

Rainmeter doesn't add much delay in my case, only 0.5 sec

Readyboost, you mean the plug in pendrive and using it for readyboost ?
