Anyway both gearbox can't handle high power as good as manual. Failure on DSG could cost you alot to repair.
In DSG you can always select manual shift if you don't like how it handles in traffic.

Similar can be done for DSG - change to a higher spec clutch disc. So it can handle higher power & torque.
