Now I'm not playing games. just browsing. But it also feel a little bit hot. Just now I play Dota is hotter.
And I do use coolerpad. now I move the cooler so the fan will kena more to the left side

hmm adjust the fan to the vents at the bottom..the vents below the laptop are not necessarily on the left side..

Also, i noticed mine is rather warm these days too because of the weather. Are you in air cond room?

yeah... my room is also very hot. no aircond... the bottom part is quite cold actually T.T

my room is quite small...if i open my aircond set 16degree...then vent toward my laptop...my hand freeze...n my cpu temp is about 75+- if i open 4cores...hehe...in gaming mode.....

i just ran The Witcher 2 on the latest Nvidia driver.........and it sucks
I have not try the previous driver but the latest driver claim they fix the low performance issue for The Witcher 2.
I put the settings to high and disabled blurs, shadow medium, off vsync and the FPS i got i would say is around 5-10 i might have put it too high
anyways, after exiting the game, my desktop start screwing up. The windows taskbar at the bottom became blue and not transparent anymore . Also the blue and white light keeps blinking. The only way to solve this is by restart.
Dam this game gives me lots of headache.
Btw, playing crysis 2 on high with the latest driver is smooth all the way

The blue and white light keeps blinking = try to check out if your HWMonitor is on. If yes, turn it off. It will return to blue light.

Crysis II High Settings, you mean the "High" , "Very High" and "Extreme" ? Or is it "Extreme"

Because default in C2 is - Low = High, Medium = Very High , High = Extreme.

Anyway, it is High. Very high also quite smooth except for certain parts la. Somehow high does not feel like low graphics.

Crysis II made it such a way that they want even the "lowest" setting to be at crazy requirements. yea i play it at High settings too..very High gets laggy when too many things explode around me/too many movements (NPC) etc.

For most games, try to remove AA . That one usually causes the lag.

i wanna buy laptop for multimedia purpose(photoshop+movie+music) and lite gaming (PES+NFS Shift). now in my pocket only have $2900. wanna choose either N53sv i5 or DV6(but have to topup more money) for last longer at least for 5 yrs..

wanna know about this N53SV i5 laptop.

can i know about the pro and cons for this laptop? is it GT540 support NFS shift for high?
