For now N53SN users are more than N53SV

But when the stocks arrive, gradually SV>SN

oh well, we're all the same in the N53S series. So why bother tongue.gif GT550M is only like 7% overclocked GT540M. Not much difference.

And on another note.. wow it feels nice to be running only on 2Core2Threads xD

i duno what brand is good, but try to get those attractive and bright ones. they'll cover up the scratch marks

hey guys, i wna ask, when u all say uninstall the ATK driver and install it back.

How am i gonna install it again when its already uninstalled.

okay i just chucked out the manual.

I just checked that I dont have the Recovery Partition.

How do i create one?

the recovery partition is hidden........
when you first get ur laptop u should burn the recovery to few DVDs via Asus AI Recovery Burner

Okay so once I format the laptop then I will have to used the DVDs to restore? Or the recovery partition?

u can use either both. Better if use the partition on the HDD

i juz bought my dad 1 a53sv, i found tat got quite no of pro
the window update always fail ecspecial the window service pack 1 n IE9
any 1 help?

2 ram slot and the max is 8gb
i7 is 4 slot if im not wrong

5750g is 2 slots.. sv i5 2 slots, sn i7 4 slots, i7 sv-new editionleh, dunno

could try going to the asus a series thread ask.. win update fail for sp1 is quite normal.. itz new and still buggy(i installed it 2 times and found my comp running extra slow.., and rolled it back.) IE9 installation problem can be done by direct downloading ie9 to ur comp and install. the update may sometimes fail if ur comp is below a certain level of battery or not plug in or gt usb hdd in the usb port. even mbp's hav the prob with some updates if u dun plug in power source or with pendrives in it.
