Hey! how do u like the U mobile? this is my first time choosing Broadband. Also I was wondering if I should just get the 128 plan with the USB modem bundle by U mobile or have to get some other brand myself for better speed. Or it is the same?

Added on July 19, 2011, 11:52 pmafter bad experience with celcom bb and so expensive (but very good speed) maxis, i try umobile and fall in love with it. I try with U68 1st, and 5gb doesn't enough for me. So i take the MB128, still got 4gb left after 3 weeks use.

About the modem u should ask other forumer here like Mr digilife coz i'm not an expert bout this. I only use old 7.2 mbps huawei modem and planning to get the 42mbps soon.

since the U ~ U free calls start today, u hav to do the reload , then u will receive a sms and fr then onwards your free calls from U ~ U starts, 60 mins a day, rm30 reload = 30 days free calls, the more u topup the more u get eg, rm100 =100 days free calls

Every ringgit topped-up gives subscribers 1 day of free calls.

last top up rm30 on 28/6 haven't reach 30 day check via *118# freebies say no free call. yesterday still got

I just MNP from Maxis to UM.

My new simcard can call people but can't receive call/sms.

The old simcard still the one that can receive call/sms.

I wonder how long this situation will be

okay i got a question..

Let say, if i topup now, RM50..i got 50days of free calls (60min free calls to Umobile number). and also i will get 15% topup bonus. correct? as long its before 1st of august?

and if i apply Mobile Internet Service Rm28/month 500mb..i can get in total

1. 50 days of free calls
2. 15% bonus (RM7.50 for RM50 topup)
3. 500mb internet data
4. 100mins of free calls and 30 free smses thanks to Mobile Internet Service?

i say..wow....i can terminate my maxis line now and go for Umobile prepaid. haha.
