Anyone experiences this:
U was not around when DHL sending the item to u...someone pick up for you but DHL did not give any document to sign...but later on u check back the tracking number, the status put sign by ur name...? Does this happen to you guys? Never sign or received ur item but they simply put ur name.... Some more spell wrong name...

Lucky the item was received frm my family member if someone else, surely my item was gone... This is what i worry abt if my ipad is been shipped then... they surely just pass the item then simply put received name is the owner although the owner is not there or someone else taking the item.... this is very bad....

I have a thought that the custom in szb is waiting for a certain amount of ipad 2 being accumulated in their storage then only approve them all at once. It seems like most of our ipad 2 ordered in different days are delayed on the same day.

Short lived happiness, cleared kastam now DHL decides on a rest day for my shipment.

deliver by : 13 June 2011 but since custom is not working on weekends so i guess i can get my rebate by Monday cos Apple is not working on sat and Sunday too right?

I think DHL CS is getting too much pressure. Her answer are moving in every direction and not convincing hahahaa. Claims DHL dont send stuff on weekends and will only ship stuff out on weekdays, after being push a bit harder, she claims they are waiting for bulk then ship out from KUL. Asked again, she claims it depends on flights available. DHL you are getting overwhelm by calls is it?

mine was supposed to be delivered by 10 of June. You should call up to Apple CS as soon as it's on 13th, they will give you a token of appreciation (rebate). Yep, they aren't working on weekends.

Maybe Apple has no worries giving out rebates since they can always claim it back from DHL for being super-slow. But to put the blame on DHL alone isn't quite right since they're bound to 'you know who' procedures :-)

kaikon, how long does it take once it is being cleared from custom to KK?
