Just called and they sing a totally different tune, saying the system allocates the order instead of first come first serve. Within my expectation.

damm just called DHL...say that still de-bulk the parcel...contain 300kg....take time...no confirmation....ask them,saturday working? no idea sir...

then ask them one question, does dhl call the customer first before send the stock, the CS say no...i say "what if the stock delivered to wrong person, and i told them my office got 400++ staff..." CS just told me we will take down the IC number and this is our POLICY...damm it

LOL the worst thing is they have no idea if they are going to work on saturday? If they answer me "no idea sir" i would probably say you are fired for good....

tat wat i told you yst or tuesday? emmm i just call apple to check my status and ask aiyo why delay wan...then CS just offer me rm100 rebate and check with my credit card next fews day. That it...NO MAGIC REQUIRED.
