Just called and they sing a totally different tune, saying the system allocates the order instead of first come first serve. Within my expectation.

damm just called DHL...say that still de-bulk the parcel...contain 300kg....take time...no confirmation....ask them,saturday working? no idea sir...
then ask them one question, does dhl call the customer first before send the stock, the CS say no...i say "what if the stock delivered to wrong person, and i told them my office got 400++ staff..." CS just told me we will take down the IC number and this is our POLICY...damm it |
