For my 1st iPad2 it takes me 2 weeks from order date. Then this 2nd ipad2 they told me need wait 2-3weeks as China Apple factory is on fire the other day that is why it could be slightly more longer time...

Ordered : 30/4

Today already 30/5. Its been a month already.
And the GREAT news is as of to-date, my status is still Partial Delivery.
What the heck.
I think I should get RM 1500 as compensation instead of RM 150.

SAME here! Ordered on 2nd May, until now still havent get my iPad! Called to DHL they said still waiting for clearance! Called to apple they said they will help me to follow up my case and will let me know later! Hopefully will get a good news from apple later...

does the compensation give from Apple? Cos i called apple and ask if delayed will get any rebate and they said no... So i dun understand what is the rebate about?

Yeah me too. Called DHL this morning and they said it takes another 2 days to clear. Like what the hell. Aiyo. I will try to call apple too, just like what u did. Hopefully they can help us.

Yes its from Apple. Maybe u can try call again and talk to diff person? tongue.gif
Try to talk with Zurina. She's very nice.
She even gave 2 options, whether we want RM 150 credited back to our CC or Smart Cover (PU).

when i called them on Saturday they mentioned that it would probably arrive on Wednesday this week, so i guess they're playing it safe.

Called up DHL this morning and the CS told me earliest tomorrow only will be deliver. Just checked the status and suddenly is with the delivery courier already.......so hopefully will get it before 5pm today...
