What model you order?? my fren get RM100 rebate only for 16g 3G version....

If u guys want to ask for the rebate, better talk with this girl named Zurina.
She's super nice.
She gave 2 options, whether u guys want RM 150 or the PU Smart Cover.
I opt for the RM 150 tongue.gif
Anyways, my status is still the same.

my engraving details went wrong when they sent me the confirmation yesterday. Called up the CS to get it changed because the server didn't get the first letter of the two lines.

Great CS experience I had today, very friendly, it's how all malaysia's service line should work, no arrogance shown at all.

Anyway, is the call free calling from a landline? I think I was calling singapore phone line

I place my order on 1st May. Now 4th week since I placed the order. Call the CS today as my item suppose deliver yesterday. CS said my iPad waiting for Ketam clearance. As all of you knew our Malaysian Ketam Diraja working like sh......t. I have experinece before this whereby my Item from Sea Fright hold by this Ketam and I went to meet the officer. If you observed the process and the working behaviour of this Ketam....really really ....all this people unchangeable attitute. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

I placed the order on 30th of April and as of to-date, the status is still delay.
Really tired keep on refreshing the tracking page. LOL!

another annoying status for 19th and 20th may shipment. BS big time laaa this people. i'm so gonna call DHL and talk to Tharu again since he's the one saying my ipad will be delivered on monday. how is that even possible if as of today status still clearance delay??? *ANGRY!*

unless they work on weekend.... do they?

Yes I think they work on weekends. If they stop working anytime, shit will pile up sooo soo high lol.
