When the ipad arrives. Apple will confirm with dhl. Once that is done, they will reinburse to my credit card.

I received an email with the title... Credit Card Declined ...

WTH?? I called bank and they say my card can swap more than 2k whereby the IPad 32GB onli cost RM1700...

Any1 experience this before?

yes, ur card can swap more than 2k, but it doesn't means ur cc bank will approve every transaction made

it will declined too due to security reasons

@samlee860407 - my oder date is 3/5. apple's initial delivery date was 23/5 (means i receive on 23) but that was when the shipment date was 18/5. Later I got email on 16/5 stating that ipad2 already shipped out. very happy. thought i can surprise mother one week earlier... mana tahu the date is pushed back again due to m'sian customs... i don't understand why this batch of apple products cannot get customs clearance when it seems like everyone is buying ipad2 online as well.

do they engrave before ship or when arrives? because if they engrave before ship and charge the cc when arrives, apple surely gonna rugi if the cc is declined

a further delay on my delivery, if they exceed the date given to me 20/5/2011 i shall claims some expenses from apple for being making me changing all my appointment to accommodate their date!!!

today is just 20th, so anything earlier than 23rd is actually a bonus for you. unless it's over 23rd, then yes you got the right to complain.

besides, when you say at 16/5 only shipped out from their foxconn, china, then of course, it will take around 5 days at least to reach your house, mainly due to the stupid cusom clearance in subang airport :S

I also don't understand, what is up with the custom by delaying and delaying , sigh.

ipad camera connection kit is so much cheaper compare to ipad2, of course it will be approved easily

i used citibank, and they also declined apple attempt to charge my card, but luckily citibank is good enough to call me just after they declined the charge. so i can take my action faster and hence no delay, hehe

They will engrave and ship once the credit card confirmed.

If the credit card declined, it wont even be shipped to kl.

In my case, my ipad already cleared with credit card department a long time ago.

When you first try to purchase online, they will attempt to charge to the credit card and keep it as a floating amount until shipment is confirmed.

i doubt i can get it before 23rd. DHL doesn't make deliveries during the weekends and for sure msia customs is not going to put apple products under priority for them to clear it over the weekend... well we'll just have to see how it goes... just really curious about the customs delay and wondering if it's because of the customs crackdown...

Just call your bank and inform them to approve this transaction for the next 5 days. Apple will keep trying.

DHL CS says they will even ship to us on Saturday, thats what they said.
Well CS have call recording and i will make sure they comply to what they said.

I think the custom off also want to play IPAD ahahha they unbox and quality check for us and download apps.
