i received the letter of VP too
1. the late payment charge from construction stage 2a to 2e, cost me RM6779
ridiculous, why charge me? i did called to mah sing when their 1st claim, due to loan doc stamping issue, should not charge the late payment to purchaser. now they sent this letter to us again, should ask the lawyer to gau dim this
2. advanced payment of 6months maintenance fee RM900
3. assessment and quit rent billing RM151
4. hasil tanah RM50 (per year)
5. cukai pintu RM153 (yearly 306)
We should pay all these within 14days, then can arrange the key collection (3 working days); otherwise the 24months warranty period will start counting after this 14days although we didn't take vacant possession.
And what the f*ck with the advance payment for the maintenance fee?! That's in 2 years time!
I think we should not pay them first until we sort out all these issue. If we are united then we can have a say else MS will just goreng us
