i called them too few days ago. they said will look into it.

I got my key already.... quite a lot of defect in my unit.

Not happy with the overall quality!

You name it, they have it:

- hairline crack
- rough and uneven surface on wall
- gap between tiles too wide
- rusty grille
- water mark on plaster ceiling
- chip and cracked floor tiles
- windows frame dented
- tiles colour not matching
- and many many more...

Just wait for your turn, be prepared to spend 1 full day to check the defect.

They need 30 days to rectify the defect.

FYI, both Phase2B and 2C are using timber roof truss...

The hairline crack isn't something new, they had patched up previously but this kinda problem will happen again...

i got my keys just now, water supply is ready, indoor taps are installed.

only 2 taps not yet install, which car porch and back yard for washing machine, they worry if installed now and will lost it where nobody at home
they gave the taps to me, install it when needed.

tested water in 3 toilets, frankly, the water pressure is damn low, maybe the water in tangki is low, will test it on sunday again. perhaps my guess is correct.

electricity cant test now, as TNB not ready, maybe can get the power supply within 2 weeks.
as krgia10 said, quite a lot of defects spotted in short time just now.

1. hairline crack on plaster ceiling, but didn't spot any on wall
2. rough and uneven plaster ceiling
3. suspect 2 water leakage, 1 caused by roof, 1 caused by toilet from master bedroom
4. rust door lock handle
5. door frame dented
6. stair case stainless steel handrail get "painted"

overall is quite dirty, like paint leaks on window/window frame, dust on track of window frames, toilet dirty and etc.

PS. Keypad panel and motion sensor (alarm system) install later with or after the defects repairing.

Just did major defects inspection this morning, with help of my friend who is a civil engineer from sunway.

With aid of some tools, easily to spot the defects, and he keeps turning his head, means the quality just so so only.

Major defects spotted:

1) uneven 90degree squareness, few walls very serious, more than 20mm

2) hollowness of tiles on floor and walls

3) no proper grout on gaps between tiles

4) hairline crack on walls/plaster ceilings

5) water leakage on plaster ceilings

6) uneven surface on walls/plaster ceilings

7) rusted lock handles

8) dented door frames

9) scratch on window frames

10) sagging mild steel fencing

etc & etc

firstly plan on end of sept, but got biz trip, so gotta plan on oct.

the contractor is fixing the defects on my units, only left hollowness tiles, the rest are done

i didn't notice that, despite you complain about this, they also cannot do anything.

because the tile color is slightly different on batch to batch.

Saw some 2 storey houses with owners moved in already... A few units under renovations

Has anyone organise any gathering among 2 & 2.5 Storey residences?
