today received a letter from MS, about the TNB & Syabas (water) application.

fill in the form and pay RM940 for that. But there is a difficulty, which is the unit no. in mailing address, where our Phase 2B unit no. is not applicable for that.

and i realized my row Jalan DU 4/2 is the weirdest street for Phase 2B. coz we got a MHJY ori show house, non-upgraded unit, and MS/upgraded unit in the same row.

just visited the site today.

my row, 2 storey
1) plaster ceiling works all done, spotted few places got water leak!
2) windows glass installed
3) alarm cable for all windows installed
4) most of the doors installed, bad quality, only main door is solid wood, but plain designed
5) gate's wall work done, all 2 sty units still attached to MHJY old design, unlike the lawyer said before, "wider gate for car entrance" only 1 pillar tiang
MHJY design: 2 pillar tiang, narrower gate. what worse is, the sampah area, you cant throw the sampah from the car porch (there is small door for the sampah area), gotta get out from the gate, throw sampah from outside, damn very stupid design!

Any photo to share? Overall workmanship disappointed? Mind to tell which entrance to sneak in?

Wait until you see the tile finish for 1st & 2nd floor...500 x 500 matt surface tile finish...

i dont see free maintenance for the first 2 years in my DMC

i thought it should be standardized from MS ?

i checked the snp, the fencing stated brick with mild steel, so no argument for this

the entrance gate didn't state in snp at all, u may check your snp, the floor plan didn't include the entrance layout

So, the cost of clubhouse comes from residents after all.  Then still have to pay Rm50 monthly.  But those lucky ones who bought before also enjoy the clubhouse, guarded area, except free alarm system, "better materials" and practical layout.

Anyone has MH and TMS houses side by side?

Wah, they only paid 28k to 50k and getting the same thing as those paying additional 250k to 330k. How can you call that lucky. They must have did something really good in their past lives.

But, to me, that's not hairline crack. Hairline crack happens due to bad plastering workmanship and the material used, and sometime due to shrinkage. This is no biggy, just hack off can patch up will solve the problem.

I guess, this crack is caused by the movement on the wall itself. The unit next to mine got the same crack almost at the same area.
