QUOTE(luvimp @ Jun 5 2012, 04:41 PM) Where is the 2nd entrance? No guard is good cause i want to sneak in to see my unit le. Do you have any photo? The road between 2B and 2C. That will be the second entrance, but currently the road from entrance 1 to entrance 2 was blocked by the guard of Damai residents, so you will have to come from the clubhouse direction. 'Safer' if you sneak in thru the TNB substation next to clubhouse.

QUOTE(luvimp @ Jun 5 2012, 04:53 PM) Is it the road after the clubhouse. I mean you need to turn right to go into clubhouse but we just continue straight? I think that road blocked by metal. So i stop my car from there and walk? Yes, but sometime there will be 2 patrol guards sitting there too. If you just want to check out the 3sty, why not get in thru the TNB, easier.

QUOTE(Donald Trump @ Jun 6 2012, 02:10 PM) sorry to say your 2 storey unit if bought from MJ is an unwanted child of MS for this project...worse still if u never chose the upgrade package...these unit the roof structure is actually made of wood instead of steel cant blame them with that kind of entry price and high building cost...there is the only way out FYI, both Phase2B and 2C are using timber roof truss... The hairline crack isn't something new, they had patched up previously but this kinda problem will happen again...

QUOTE(mrkenjiro @ Jun 6 2012, 04:48 PM) Isn't hairline crack caused by paint quality or the mixture of paint, water not done well? Based on my limited knowledge, it probably caused by the plastering material (mixture), and also absence of the netting at joint between structure and wall. Nothing to do with the paint.

Just a friendly reminder, please check if the aluminium louvers have any mis-punched rivet hole.
I checked mine last time they mispunched at the middle but never care to replace it.

QUOTE(pcteck19 @ Jun 7 2012, 06:44 PM) i rush to run outstation this afternoon, i just rush to look around and spot those defects. gonna find 1 weekend to get full inspection, with knock-knock all the tiles not sure the grunfos water pump can get cheaper if group purchase, as i read other thread from lyn, Zean from builders hardware always offer a good price, i will get the hood, hob, water pump and etc from him Added on June 7, 2012, 6:45 pmcan share some photos? i not sure the location of aluminum louvers u mean the bronze-like color aluminium facade, the one that cover the ledge where you put your aircond outdoor unit. Btw, mine is 2 1/2 story, but 2sty have that too...

QUOTE(pcteck19 @ Jun 7 2012, 07:46 PM) you mean this one? yes, exactly. check and see if there's mispunched hole on that louver. If i'm not mistaken, there's a window in 2nd floor master bathroom where you can access to the ledge(next to balcony), but for 3rd floor's...both are fixed glass?
