fixed!
The crack starts from bottom to top, the gap was much smaller when I first noticed. It's not anywhere near to the joint between column/beam to wall, if you see closely, the skirting tile was cracked too. Sad to say...this is my unit, 3rd floor. |

QUOTE(twins9 @ Jan 12 2012, 06:35 PM) You have one or two years warranty? I am sure they can fix that cracks... most house would have hairline cracks. ...small ones ok. Yes, defect liabilities period for 2 years.Added on January 12, 2012, 6:44 pmAny more pics? One crack only? Windows and doors alignment ok? But, to me, that's not hairline crack. Hairline crack happens due to bad plastering workmanship and the material used, and sometime due to shrinkage. This is no biggy, just hack off can patch up will solve the problem. I guess, this crack is caused by the movement on the wall itself. The unit next to mine got the same crack almost at the same area. |

You guys will be amazed if you see how many cracklines in te unit I'm in now. Every floor, 80% of the wall corner, almost every wall in the house got cracklines. Haha... Speechless! And, no vanity top for 3rd floor bathroom for 2 1/2 story.

I was inspecting a few units along DU4/7. Units closer to the guardhouse has more cracklines. Will post up some pics later when I get home.
I can see some of the cracklines are at the joining point between wall and column/beam, this happene to my current 20yrs old house. Morning Kenjin, I was there on Sunday. Most of the 2 & 2 1/2 storey are 7788, but the 3 storey is just 5566, hopefully it can be done in three months time.
Yeah, the aluminum facade is very nice indeed. |

where is my keyyyy..........???
I was wondering why no one make noise about the second entrance since there's no guardhouse for whatsoever, just a few drums blocking the road. Maybe it's just me...because my unit is in that row... |
