does not necessary but of course fridge spa is better. bare in mind if u on medical/emergency leave on monday (3rd day), might be too long in fridge...

yes that's normal... as long as they stay green, nothing to worry... when u see sign of getting yellowish or brownish it means they are not healthy enough...

it is ok if only marimo in dead water setup... but if u wanna add fauna it is very recommended to have moving water (betta is exception)
