Seems the buildings almost completed from external view. Likely the contractor is doing the infrastructure & landscaping works by now.

No official news about VP.
But when i was there (site) 2 weeks ago, external road and drainage is still in progress. The buildings can be considered completed with touch-up works and landscaping works. Anyway it wont be long i believe^^ |

hi ntick,
Haa...how are you doing? Its been a while. Yup, finally i bought one after a little drama between developer and SA. Well, i hope it gonna be soon after their access and compound being done. You are right, I have the intention to rent it out if demand is there. Am not sure about the access problem but I think the developer and JMB will find a way to resolve it. Guess what, there are another 2 blocks of duplex (~7++sf/unit) just next to us are lauching softly now. Whao..you're tracking me good! haha..it was coincidence that i'd read thru some new properties around. Cut it short, i was just love at first sight even no show room provided. May be i could send u some details if u r interested by pm me yr contact. |

You should not be surprised at all for the delay. The access road is a SERIOUS issue and don't put your hard money into some wishful HOPE it will be resolved soon. If you all have bought into this you guys should ask solid evidence how and when this will be resolved. The entire plot of land is not meant to build a high density population. The infrastructure such as the entrance access, security between the various parcels/apartments, club house (which is shared and u have to paid to use), parks will all be flawed and will hurt your investment and a misery to your stay.
Also, ask the developers why is it they take so long to get strata titles for the current apartments after more than 12 years ? If it happens now, it will happen to your investment for sure. Also, good luck to you if you are to stay cos the construction work will go on past permitted hours. They are not afraid of the local councils nor the local councils borders. It is your right to get the weeds out and do research from previous buyers and providers. |

Im not too sure about land title issue, but if there is, the committee has this opportunity to resolve it with the developer similarly to new buyers for their ansurance.
Besides this, there are Mansion Park (superlink) and Sawtelle (soho duplex) under construction. Am sure developer should have to deal/plan with it before implemetation of said projects in this entire plot of land. Wish everything is going fine with win-win situation. |

QUOTE(murrayballs @ Jun 29 2014, 03:37 AM) topdeck, hi murray, am doubtful any real owners keen to stay after the completion but most of the ppl i heard of are planning to sell or rent it out. I would rather make it transparent here for time being as not much happening thou but i do agreed with your intention. Let us see how many of our neigbouring reaction in due course^^how about we create a facebook group for lakeview owners? cybercitizen has a hard-on against the developer it seems! slight delay is normal for any development, doesnt warrant a huge criticism and nothing about cyber heights is high density at all (refering to the high density population comment) and agree with topdeck, chances are with sawtelle and mansion park coming, issues will be resolved sooner rather than later but good to note all these issues which is why an fb group for owners can be useful In common practice, construction period for a project shall within 3 yrs (from SnP) to complete. I guess the developer still have sufficient time for the final works (authorities inspection etc) , failing which developer will be penaltied LAD to owners which are eligible. |

i never really knew thr was new development in there...the developer oso didnt advertise aggresively...
location in cyber oso prolly a bit off since if it was anywhere near persiaran multimedia most cyber lang would notice this development... good for own stay but not sure how it fare off for investment or rental...folks eyeing for investment return should eye a unit anywhere near persiaran multimedia as that is where the golden spot bustling with activity and strategically located position for cyberjaya... |

There is a comment up in this thread that said the 'owners are suing the developer'...
Go figure out and ask why and dont settled without a solid resolution and evidence, especially from the current owners. Good luck to the buyers of these new projects .... And don't buy the BS from the agents ...they have zero idea what is going on (history and current affairs) and will paint a rosy picture to suck u in. |

For own stay. The location is good. The current issues also can be resolved subjected to Developer's willingness. Dev has big land adj can easily create an access way.
The dotter CEO is paying farler BIG consultant fees now to manage the co. So the outcome shld be good.... ;-) |

So the outcome shld be good.... ;-) also, owners should lobby for us to be able to use the upcoming sawtelle facilities (with charges of course) it makes much more sense to use facilities next to our building rather than all the way at the club house benefit to sawtelle owners? reduced maintenance fees! |
