He has no choice also, if without Milner, Barry the squad registration will have an issue, not enough english grown players.

Thank Goodness City doesn't have any Dutch Players or Goons now.
In recent WCs, Dutch Team are the most penalized & violent with the most sending off. I feel so ashamed that we finished 4th. as the champion of BPL, we should at least make it to the round 16 but I guess that's why Rome was not built in a day.
