KIA Forte Fog Lamp Replacement Daytime Running Light (DRL)

Are you looking for Daytime Running Light (DRL) for your KIA Forte Fog? I found two which is to replace the original Fog Lamp / addon to the Fog Lamp area which fit nicely! with the DRL. It’s kinda cool and unique! I’m planning to get one for quite sometime but still considering. Do you want one for yourself?

Very2 nice..but quite expensive lor sweat.gif How come type 1 is cheaper than type 2 meh though it got 2 in 1 capability (DRL + turn light)? I prefer type 2 actually but i wish it got a turn light also whistling.gif

Well, I believe DRL and the cosmetic light you shown above are two different thing. DRL will be visible during daytime and I don't think the EL light can even be seen clearly in daytime.
not bright enough tongue.gif

Yes, the EL is not bright enough compare to those real daylight.

Wondering what are the Korean asking for 1k for a piece of acrylic with a few LED soldered behind it, making it to reflect the lights to the acrylic to achieve the "cosmetic" looks. doh.gif

i got 1k from kia fadason near bandar perda... if u wan, i can recommend u my SA..
for me, the ride is ok and it's not really comfort due to the 17" and low profile tyre..
seat is still ok for me.. juz that i m still nt use to the narrower vision of the rear view..
*
When they are done with your car you can test drive to see if you are happy with it or not. Though the service center that I went to gave me 7 days warranty so I can bring back if I still have my alignment problem, not sure about other service center though..

Ya Bumpy, tested on Coastal Highway Penang..

Performance not bad and the gear shifting is smooth..
Seats a bit not to my liking..

SA give me rm800 discount, no free gifts..

Have to wait for Avante and decide..
*
Ya i also found it quite bumpy when test drive.
My test drive car still wrapped in plastic... can't really feel the interior.
So good got discount, here in Sabah get nothing at all.

hi all, I realized that the P can be shifted out to R or D without stepping on the brakes. In the collection checklist it states "Make sure that the brake has to be depressed to shift out of Park mode."

Is there a fix for this? I find the pedal lock quite pointless if it can be easily shifted out from park mode.

1) FC better when mileage hit at least 4K km onwards
2) Use fully synthetic oil
3) got one owner did reset the ECU and FC ok afterwards. Maybe ECU sudah gila cannot learn your driving style. but this is more was an isolated incident. u also can try
