One of the biggest issue i think most of us face is "if I give my number to a friend, what happens if the friend tries to call me when I'm offline?!".
The answer is to activate Call Forwarding which is by default activated for free for all customers. Forward calls when you are unavailable, busy or offline to your current operator. That way, people will always be able to reach you on your 018 number. Of course, you will be charged (9sen/min local) for the diverted call.
Although the official FAQ in Yes states that the feature is coming soon, it is actually ready (only thing is that the GUI on the app is not). Note that the customer care won't be able to help you since it's still not official though.
Anyway, to activate Call Forwarding, call *25 NUM# (e.g. *250162211800#) and to deactivate it simply call #25#. This is similar to the codes you find in GSM operators. Try it and see if it works for you!
Now you may ask, how then can I receive SMS while I'm offline? I can only suggest you install Yes Life for Windows/Mac and login at least once a day to retrieve all your messages. Or ask your friends to SMS you on your GSM number, since receiving SMS is free anyway.
Hope this helps!
