anyway how useful is it??? if for me, sms on ipad is good..calling part not much different.

Calling out have no problem and very stable...its just that calling to the iPad 2 is very hard to get thru...have to redial many many times

just tried it. works like a charm, not really, my 1st call-in didnt register on the ipad. But after that it was a smooth ride. props to YTL for bringing this app. have been waiting for it for a long time.

i'm a ipad 1 wifi user

tested and found good. much better than skype in terms of connectivity and voice quality.

on iphone3/4 - giving yourself alternative 018 number(yes). eg, 012 is your main number, then 018 is your second number.
putting case:
if incoming call to 012 then u get no extra charge.
if incoming call to 018 then
(a)if u were connected to wifi(streamyx at home, office, public place) then no extra charge.
(b)if you were connected to your 3g network operator then minimal data charge apply cuz u have 1gb-3gb data plan. u wont see the charge (just like browsed a few google pages. if long call then maybe 1youtube clip?)

on ipad1/2, ipod - enabling your device to make voice call and send texts.

018 to any malaysian mobile and fixed numbers - voice/sms: RM0.09
018 to any international mobile & fixed numbers - voice/sms: check their website for rating list. (i saw some charge as low as RM 0.09)

just sharing my experience, hope it helps.

with skype, can talk for free but for YES, u still need to pay for the talk time

Tested this on my iPad 2 earlier with UniFi, the receiver keeps hearing my voice breaking.

this morning i test using unifi too bro..line ok..i am in old klang road

odd.. i complete registration but cant sign in o_o juz hang there

close the apps and go in again
not minimize it must close it

y need to pay both ur current operator and ytl to make phone calls n sms?

Just register & install the apps but i cant call out or receive call. Dunno wat the prob....

Reboot 2x. Uninstall & reinstall back also same problem.
