Any idea? Even when I off the phone, and put in charger usually the battery icon will come out, but this time the "Confirm Password" page comes out.

I flashed the one without bootloaders, without pit 512, it didn't work, keep on bootlooping. So I flashed again with 512pit and re-partition checked, upon complete and reboot it stuck at this "confirm password" page. My previous ROM is XXJVK, no custom kernel installed.

I downloaded from Androidsoul and samfirmware. Tried both and still give me the "confirm password" screen. Decided to go to Samsung Service Center tomorrow. Anyone knows where is the address?

PS: I wonder can I straight away flash CF-kernel?

I am not sure la. Afaik compatibility issue with ginger bootloader if I go back to froyo. Tomorrow go to samsung center see how first... laugh.gif

XWJVH. This "confirm password" screen only appears after I flashed the second time with pit512. The first try without pit512 don't have but my fon keep on bootlooping. The files are without bootloader.

Update: I downloaded the XWJVH with bootloader and try flashed again, but the "confirm password" screen still there. Nothing much I can do to get pass this screen..

Ok. Will try the link. Btw, I did tried to key in the passwords, but after the fourth time, it prompts me that if I got the fifth time wrong, it will erase/format my internal SD card, that means my TB back-up will be gone.... forever... sweat.gif

My backup apps, settings, sms/mms and music are all gone. Samsung just did a reformat for me. Next time needs to copy everything to ext SD first. Thought it was plain and simple but things like this do happens.

On a positive note, DXJPB seems smooth like JS8, browser is smooth like gingerbread browser. And I think Samsung did some hardware tweak to my GPS, coz it is damn accurate now (5meter accuracy), and damn fast lock as well, like in 3s.

No la. I sent it back coz I am unable to use after flashing Gingerbread. My sob story is on 2 pages back I think. The GPS tweak is their complimentary service.

Mobile network is on but no sensor aiding. Still now my GPS is very accurate and fast.

For those with GPS problem I suggest you should take back to Samsung Service Center while you are still under warranty. I believe they can fix it and upgrade whatever there is an upgrade for you FREE. It took me 3 hours today for sent back and take back. Oh yes, no charge, even though I told the service center I flashed Ginger and it become like this. laugh.gif
