Instructions on XDA was wayyyyyyyyyy too long to read.

I haven't use 3G yet cause haven't restore my watchdog apps.

I used EZBase 3.0 to flash to CM7, cause I can't find a copy of EZBase 2.0. It's fine, right?

BTW, I can't use *#CSC*IMEI# anything, nothing happens. Aside from that, it prompts me for SIM PIN. It doesn't reset all the settings, or this is normal? Should I redo?

Flahed Gtalk v1.3 over my CM7 GB 2.3.4. Video feed still not working, nor can my Gtalk pick up calls. That's unfortunate, as it works just likw on 2.3.3.

HTC Desire already able to receive/send video/call feeds on its Gtalk on 2.3.4. Haih...

Any idea how we can re-acquire Swype for CM7?

There are plenty other Google Inc.'s apps which can't be installed, such as Blogger, Orkut, Buzz, Earth and etc.

*sigh*

It uses the only camera on HTC Desire. At least the feed was fine.

As for GTalk on our phone running GB 2.3.4, it works the way it was on GB 2.3.3. Only audio, video feed was not sent and can't accept incoming calls and our peer can't see Video/Audio icon on their side. Only able to call out to GTalk clients with video/audio support.

PS: I installed a separate GTalk v1.3, cause the earlier GApps that I downloaded was giving me the older GTalk version, which doesn't support video/audio calls.

No 1 has any advice on getting Swype (with Chinese as well) back into CM7?

Why does my battery dropping from 82% until 78% (now) even when I'm charging the phone?!?!?!?!?!?!

Sharing my battery usage on CM7. Really pengsan neh.

Though this version doesn't have Chinese input. Looks exactly the same like Froyo/GB version. But I recall Nexus S' Swype looked different though.

gmhafiz, can include link to the Swype under CM7 section, in case some users want to have Swype restored back into their CM7 ROM? Thanks.

This doesn't work for CM7, cause the screencapture service is not there. I guess only ROM based off Samsung's ROM will have it.

Does it even make sense that the battery would drop while I was charging it? lol

Before the sharp drop, there was slight drops of 4% during charging. I think you need to line them in order to see the drop. But still, seeing the battery drops during charging is scary.

CM7 GPS locking is superbly fast. So fast that, when I click enable GPS, it's already locked!

Of course, I was outdoor with location on. But the same config in Froyo was never that fast. Next is to check he accuracy.
