I did it once and I lost about 25kg in 3 months. Soon I realised I had reset my metabolism. I gained weight fast even by adding little more calories. And soon later, am back to previous weight.
I would say eat right and workout
Eating 500 calories chicken breast and work out will make u thinner. But eating 500 calories of junk and workout will not help you any way.

but muscle wont build. And without muscle, body burn less calories. And soo metabolism slows down. we will need workout harder or eat lesser to lose weight. So we cant eat normal. Soon, we will only eat one meal to maintain weight. Wht is the point?

This exercise Take advantage from EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) effect. The key is use heavy weight and don't let your barbell touch the floor.
Perform 3 sets.

Don't take the weakest. Chose that heavy enough to complete the task. If you choose the weakest, then you'll never get the EPOC effect. Complex exercise is not easy. It's need focus, discipline and hard work.

it's fun, in a way...can feel myself breathin hard after 1 set. on my 3rd set, i kinda forgot what exercise to do, i guess exhaustion plays a part. in the end, i didn't squat for the last set...totally forgot nvr done power clean b4, so it's a good try.not sure abt form.
