This exercise Take advantage from EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) effect. The key is use heavy weight and don't let your barbell touch the floor.
Perform 3 sets.

arekey: with this routine, i should be limiting the weight to the weakest lift i hv rite? it sounds brutal all rite, will be givin it a try soon and hopefully will get the desired results in due time
Don't take the weakest. Chose that heavy enough to complete the task. If you choose the weakest, then you'll never get the EPOC effect. Complex exercise is not easy. It's need focus, discipline and hard work.
