indonesian made tires usually a bit of a letdown. i've had try the likes of accelera and atr sports,
gt champiro, milanza hero and even falken 522 which is made in indonesia.
i'd rather go for similar price range in silverstone evol. but the silverstone m series is again a big letdown.
can't complaint much because they're cheaper.
again, bf goodrich and nexen worth a look.

ecsta ku-31 but size is quite limited. continental comfort contact 5 is selling below 200 bucks but its not suitable for spirited driving. if you could up your budget, there are ps3, c.drive2, ziex 912 and few others.
as far as i know, 595 evo is not a semi slick tires. their slicks range usually labelled in fz.
anyway, some batch of 595 evo does suffer from quality problem. i've seen a crack appear
on sidewall.
directional tread tires sometimes does have an issue on alignment. but in some, case, it could be corrected
with swapping tire position.

Federal is the worst tyre i ever use! Now still running around with it. no choices it is less than half year!

There's 1 in pj old town. Jalan Penchala.
Uptown, the row behind standard charter bank.
Another 1 facing LDP in uptown.

Why ku31? Not looking for others?

next to sunway lagoon, pj.
btw, t1r is more suitable for daily usage. being a semi slick, r1r does not offer more confident in wet.
also, treadwear rating is lower.

i'm also searching for 195/55/15 now..
so far what i've found are:
- yokohama a drive for rm220 a piece
- falken ze 522 for 185
- dunlop formula d01 for 185

looking for a bit of performance for my next batch of donuts so thinking of getting the D01.. read some feedback online and only the D01 sounds ok while the 522 has poor wet grip and the a drive is just average..

what do you guys think? also how much does a bridgestone andrenalin cost a piece for 195/55/15 size?

Yea i was reading about the victra's. Very bad life rate from it =/
*
life rate is bad only when u literally run the tyres to the ground everytime u drive...
if u drive sedately... then it will last...

and victra i-pro is one of the tyres that i recommend having used it previously...
very good dry and wet grip for its price...
btw the size i used is 205/45/16
smile.gif

of course i botak-kan the tyres after 8 months la...
but that is due to how i use the rubbers
