yes, jst declare it. Hiding under OEM means the seller has intention of fraud. Misleading information also contributes to that.

Jurutera jual jersi berjenama tiruan ditahan

thanks for the information.

i dont mind if i bought a fake sony, provided that the seller told me or declare it. With the correct information, i then would weigh it to see whether its worth a buy or not.

buying imatation or fake product, is it against the law in Malaysia?

the problem here is some forumers do not declare it is fake/imitation product and trying to mislead the buyers thinking that its a original product.

bought a sony thumbdrive once...less than 2 months...it went hiding in my drawer...never to show itself again...coz he knows he is a darn fake...no ori sony feature...sony software never could recognize it...copy some stuff and then missing...at last i just stopped using it...worst part is...the first time i got it, it never works...so ask the seller...he said, np, just send it back...but i have to pay the shipping TO and he'll pay the FROM (after some argument that is)...got the replacement...the one that is hiding...
from that time onwards, i kinda sceptical with a too cheap to be tru stuff...cheap is something but too cheap is kinda fishy...
no seller would tell u that they are selling a fake item...it will stop their sale and invited too many question which they could not answer...those damn rascals...

Buying...not selling huh?how could it be wrong...coz u didnt even know it is fake...u r the victim...imitation is something else...and i did see some honest seller in LYN declared their item is imitation one...these are a few good ones...
