Unfortunately, this is caused by the end-user themselves. This issue can be override by doing some settings on the phone. The issue involves data usage without the user's concern, If u have noticed, the device and some applications will warn the users regarding Data / Call / SMS use permission, and most of the users are actually lack of read and understand these messages.

Guide: Settings -> Connectivity -> Destinations ->

1. Remove the STREAMING profile permanently by deleting the setting from telco.
2. In the INTERNET section remove all the telco settings.
3. In the MULTIMEDIA section remove all the telco settings except the one applicable for you, as in my case my SIM card is 3G, so I just keep my CELCOM 3G MMS only and delete permanently the rest of it.
4. In the WAP SERVICES section remove all the telco settings except the one applicable for you, as in my case my SIM card is 3G, so I just keep my CELCOM 3G WAP only and delete permanently the rest of it.

its under Prepaid User's Credit Draining Issue

Try this simple method:

1) Confirm your ISP data connection is set to "WHEN NEEDED":- Menu > Settings and Connectivity > Admin. settings > Packet data


2) Download this program to prevent Data Connection and/or Wi-Fi. If you want to use Wi-Fi or Data Connection, just choose and enable it in the program menu.

i already in this setting...but still my phone connect data packet once its not wifi connected. (maybe connect wap but not 3g)

no no no .. double confirm first .. what application connects to data point? Skype? Slick? .. u have to tell in specific dear

Love this phone~

I've just bricked my 5800..
I try to flash CFW Belle,
But the homescreen didn't get like i suppose to get,
So i keep flashing 3-4x with diff settings,
Suddenly after 3 secsi hit button"Flash",
Mywindows crashed.

So after reboot, want to re-flash again,
Crashed at the same stage,

Even using JAF, and then try to use Phoenix, still same, windows crashed due to "Security Kernel error"

Somebody can help me?

The trouble with flashing is that most do follow safety precautions.

You problem is easy to resolve:

1) Your anti-virus is preventing the flashing

2) Hold down F8 when your computer starts and flash in safe mode

Donate RM1 or more to charity for money saved from repairs if sent to phone shop!
