I would say about 50%. Mostly foreigners. I see one of our timbalan menteri is staying there too. His carpark is at the lobby.

occupancy quite low.. VP so many months d.. are u staying there? how's it like.. still got problems with mayland?

Many menteris live in kenny hills n taman duta across the road..

Size is ranging from 500sqft to 11000sqft with total of 1200units... I think studio and 1 bedroom is doing well.

the 2 & 3 bedrooms the size is wide range. For example for 2 bedroom the size is ranging from 8XX to 12xx sqft.

Also when the VP time, the Putra Mall is closed for renovation and it is not very convenient for residents.

I believe when Sunway Mall is completed, it will be boon for the residents here. LRT/ KTM/Mall all are within short walking distance. thumbup.gif

yeah the mall will greatly add value for the condo.. heard some office tenants left putra tower due to the lack of FnB options during the construction.. regalia also has schools nearby..

1.2k units will always be a problem unless ownstay individuals buy in..

It's not 1.2k units. It's 1,033 units. Hahaha. So far my unit had been giving me good return. Rented to foreigner.

soli soli, good to know.. will monitor the prices as the mall opens la.. with a good grocer, tgv, fashion outlets n good FnB options, i expect regalias prices to trend upwards...maybe 5-8% higher as it will be easier to find tenants.. biggrin.gif

Mayland amended the building layout and increased the units close to 1200units. i think 1160units.

Looking good yo. At the least the front walking podium better than Quill city mall. Quill's walkway like shit. Not pedestrian friendly.

Guys, I'm planning to get a studio unit there. But, I have a few doubts. Enlighten me pls?

1. Any update whether it is still on TCF or obtained CCC?
2. I am confused with the entrance. So now the entrance is only from the direction of jln parlimen/jln kuching roundabout? No entrance from opposite direction?
3. The lowest floor is level 5? I am viewing a unit at level 5 and level 5 is the entrance lobby too?
4. Is there a unit with 505sf? I could only find either 500 or 515sf.
5. I read some saying most tenant is from Middle East. How is the experience renting to them?
6. How to walk from PWTC LRT to Regalia?
