Mayland also need to build the ramp to Tiong Nam as part of their obligation to get the permanent CF.
Apparently the covered walkway to lrt station is not as straightforward as it seems as hearsay it is tresspasing....
And the neighbour condo barricade the access from Regalia just explain all.....

Residents/ regalia owners might be "conned" already for this covered pedestrian link by ML. Otherwise why take 3years (after VP and nothing happen till now for a simple structure?
