Haha. I remember buying a sonic gear last time and then it broke down after 2 hours when I on till maximum volume. Dang. The next day I immediately order S730 and damm I got massive eargasm 4 the whole month. laugh.gif rclxms.gif Now the set is still alive and kicking because no more S730 successor is made. I can't put 5.1 because my room no space already. Aiks.

I'm R1900Tiii user, worth upgrade to R2600/2700/2800 ? 70% music playback, not so mind about the bass even for movie or gaming. for me r1900tiii base is quite enough for my small room

thanks in advance

Thanks Mr.Edifier, I think I should say remember to run it in for best performance tongue.gif

What I can comment about this headphone definitely has good sounding, but really require long period of running in to get it. At first there are annoying peaky frequencies around 2.5khz-4khz and remain after 2-3 days running in which made me feel disappointed, so I decided to be patient and keep running in. Now it sounds a lot better and peaky part were reduced, but I'll continue to running it in to get the best out of it.

It does really comfort to wear for long period of time, solved my ear pain problem, noise isolation was really good too. The design was classy and sturdy enough, +1. nod.gif

About the overall sound, it is much neutral type with a little dry mid to mid high, detail and music separation are good. Power handling wise, not really able to go loud.

Update: I got it fully run in now, no more peaky frequencies and I can easily identify the recording quality with it. thumbup.gif

Here is my little current audio rig, no space for speaker sad.gif

From R1900TIII I would suggest go for R2700 or R2800, R2600 not really worth for the upgrade.

Hi folks,

I'm currently using S530D. After using it for almost 6 years, the screen decided to fail me last week. I can still use the remote control and stuff, just the screen is spoilt.

I'm wondering whether the screen is easily fixed? And roughly how much would it cost?

Thanks.
