Better u spend another 30k to buy that pear avenue subsalales?...or even better that ammera or even better the mewah 9... OR that next to billion lease hold? |

I buy the apartment too. Hopefully is a good buy as the location is good. Maybe I will be site visit to check the location and see the progress.

I already visited that place.since it public holiday... I can't really go inside.to tell the thruth... I really disspointed. the aprtment look like very low class apartment....can't see any landscape n fence has been build yet. I think the progress is too slow since its last year project. The banner also look like ruined out or smthing. The cemetery really near. Its an old chines cemetery and some grave almost touch the boundary and the grave also is hill site.
Smtimes i do regret buying this property but i just pray for the best |
